Cüneyt Şahin

Hello, I'm Cüneyt. I am currently studying Computer Engineering at Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University. As a developer, my true passion lies at the intersection of Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Computer Vision. I am driven by the desire to build intelligent systems that don't just stay as theoretical concepts, but actively solve real-world problems.

For me, development is about seeing the big picture. While I heavily rely on Python to build robust data models,computer vision pipelines, and integrate local Large Language Models (LLMs), my work doesn't stop at the backend. I love taking these complex AI architectures and wrapping them into complete, user-friendly desktop experiences using QML and Python. I thrive on building end-to-end solutions —bridging the gap between raw data, complex algorithms, and a seamless user experience.

Through my role as an Undergraduate Researcher, I focus on creating privacy-first AI educational assistants. Beyond the university walls, I work as a freelance software developer, crafting custom automation tools that streamline workflows and boost efficiency for my clients. This dual experience has taught me how to balance cutting-edge academic research with practical, client-focused software delivery.
